ABOUT
edge. は、山梨県立大学と共立女子大学の共同研究
から発足したアップサイクルブランド。
山梨県の郡内産地の「捨て耳」を捨てずに活用したいという想いから誕生しました。
素材の特性を活かしながら「捨て耳」に新たな価値を生み出すことを目標に、アクセサリーやバッグを提案していきます。
edge.プロジェクトの発起人である共立女子大学の宮武恵子教授を中心に、Team Keiko Miyatakeを結成。Keiko Miyatake（Creator）、Yuko Kato（Designer）、Nana Iwata（Designer）、Yuki Takahashi（Manager）の4名で活動を開始しました。
ABOUT
“edge.” is an upcycle brand that was launched in collaboration with Yamanashi Prefectural University and Kyoritsu Women’s University.
The project originated from wanting to better utilize selvedge that came from products from Yamanashi Prefecture’s Gunnai area. By producing accessories and bags from selvedge, “edge.” provides new value and meaning to otherwise wasted fabric. Centered around the originator of the project Professor Keiko Miyatake, the edge. project is run by “Team Keiko Miyatake”, whose members include Keiko Miyatake (Creator), Yuko Kato (Designer), Nana Iwata (Designer), and Yuki Takahashi (Manager).
